Tired of nothing working for your pain and fatigue?
I’ve been where you are.
In 2012, I was run over by a lorry. During my recovery, I was told I would need disability benefits for the rest of my life. That my disability and decline were inevitable.
I spent years on the sofa, a shell of my old self. I experienced the pain, fatigue, low mood, impact on relationships and financial worries that long term conditions involve.
My future seemed bleak but over time and with the right support, I found a way to keep going. I focused on regular movement, participation in what I cared about and creating the right conditions for my recovery.
I learned first hand that while you cannot always control the pain, you can change how much it takes from you. By building a bigger life and getting back to the things I care about, I diluted the significance of my pain. Today, I use my personal experience and my professional training to help you do the same thing.

I don’t do standard physio. There are no massage tables and no sheets of exercise. My work is entirely conversational, done remotely from the comfort of your own home.
Together we look at your habits, thoughts and lifestyle factors which keep you feeling stuck.
I use 6 simple pillars to help you grow your life:
Hope, self compassion, flexible expectations, new skills, habit building and behaviour change.
As your life gets bigger the focus and power that your symptoms have over you shrinks.

Grounded in whole person thinking
We support people from the perspective that experience of life, health and symptoms is shaped by many interacting factors, not just physical issues or diagnoses. We recognise that suffering is a complex mixture of how a person has interacted with their environment in the past and how they currently experience the world and we look at this whole picture to address the root causes.
Commitment to courageous honesty
We deliver unflinching honesty to provide clear, evidence informed support without avoidance, misrepresentation or false promises. We reject simple linear fixes, magical thinking and toxic positivity, choosing instead to focus honestly on the deep behavioral principles, habit formation and skill acquisition required for lasting change.
Supporting people to discover their own agency when living with a long term condition
We facilitate people to gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to influence their health and lives.
Enabling people to live well alongside their long term condition and regain control
We measure success when life is expanded. We prioritise participation in valued activities, relationships and increasing life, enrichment and joy rather than solely focusing on symptom resolution.
Is this right for you?
This is for you if: you have a long term condition and are ready to make real changes to how you live your daily life.
